CONTEXT

In an international environment, the Squeeze division is recruiting a Financial Controller to join the finance team for New Business Acceleration (NBA) and FP&A.
Reporting to the Squeeze Business Controller, you will ensure reliable and timely reporting at both NBA and Squeeze consolidated levels, participate in budget construction, and work closely with the NBA marketing and commercial teams to support ambitious international growth.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIESMonthly 

Monthly Closing and Reporting: 

  • Perform NBA month-end closing activities and P&L construction
  • Prepare, analyse, and report monthly NBA volume and financial results
  • Participate to the consolidation of monthly Squeeze results
  • Participate to the preparation of presentations for the Squeeze Management and Group FP&A teams
  • Upload data into reporting tools and ensure data consistency
  • Update reports and perform analysis to support strategic decision-making 

Marketing and Sales Budget Control: 

  • Monitor budgets through regular meetings with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • POs and accruals management
  • Preparation of reports to share actuals/budget information with operational teams 

Participation in Budget Construction: 

  • Consolidate NBA volume forecasts by Product / Customer / Country in collaboration with the Supply team
  • Participate in the NBA annual Budget and reforecasts by country: Net Sales / COGS / logistics costs / exchange rates / marketing, etc.
  • Assist in the Budget/Reforecasts presentations for the Management team 

Support for Other Ad Hoc Requests: 

  • Laise with factories to obtain COGS information and support Marketing team in Innovation financial modelling
  • Carry-out specific analyses and/or create reports as requested by operations
  • Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional topics (e.g., supply chain, sales, marketing)
  • Formalise and document processes 

This role is based in Suresnes, west of Paris, accessible via Tram T2 (Suresnes Longchamp stop) and several bus lines.

YOUR PROFILE: Could this be you?

You have a Business School Master’s degree (Bac+5) and at least 2 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or audit.

 Experience in a multi-subsidiary/group environment is a plus.

You have a strong financial background and proficiency in information systems and Excel.

You are fluent in both English and French.
