MAIN DUTIES
Within the GoGo squeeZ Global Innovation Team, you’ll help define and execute strategic innovations to grow the brand’s footprint, volume, and impact. You will report directly to the Senior Innovation Group Manager. As the voice of consumers, you will lead innovation and renovation projects from ideation to launch in close partnership with country teams, R&D, and our production sites.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Market dynamics

Track , consumer, category, and retailer trends to identify key business opportunities within the better-for-you snacks
Analyze consumer needs, build analysis of NPDs and competitive environment in keys markets
Analyze panels and gather insights to better understand the market dynamics and to fuel the innovation pipeline
Portfolio & innovation strategy

Contribute to the innovation strategy, addressing top business opportunities and challenges

In a “Glocal” context, support the local markets in executing the innovation strategy fostering synergies and ensuring business relevance, CSR performance and P&L management

Support the Activity Management activities to ensure best in class project execution

Innovation & Renovation Project Management

Lead key innovation and renovation projects coordinating cross-functional teams and activities including R&D, Supply Chain, Operations. Partner closely with key markets to ensure best-in-class execution and time-to-market

Lead the development of key packaging projects (Design, CSR..) from brand architecture conformity to graphic design process execution, working closely with the internal teams: Equity, Regulatory, Supply and external partners: research, design agencies

This position is based in Suresnes, to the west of Paris, with access via tram T2 (Suresnes Longchamp stop) and several bus lines.
YOUR ASSETS: Could this be you?
You are a graduate of a business or marketing school (Master’s degree) and have between 3 and 6 years of experience in marketing and brand management of consumer goods.You have several years of experience managing innovation projects.
You are fluent in both English and French.
Skills:
Drive and accelerate transformation, dare to innovate, collaborate unconditionally, and demonstrate agility and resilience
Strong data analysis skills, especially regarding consumers, retailers, categories, and P&L management
Excellent project management skills for leading innovation pipelines: agile methods, managing complexity, accelerating launches
Ability to identify and highlight product value drivers to create positive innovation or renovation (nutrition, sourcing, packaging, resources, etc.)
