Fixed-term contract (CDD): 6 months, renewable
Location: Suresnes
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Bel Tax Director, the candidate will join the headquarters tax team, with the following key missions:
- Support subsidiaries in managing their tax matters, oversee audits and litigation, and coordinate tax reporting and action plans in conjunction with local CFOs and advisors.
- Conduct tax monitoring on international tax rules (OECD/EU).Support subsidiaries in their transfer pricing documentation obligations.
- Participate in the definition and monitoring of the Group's transfer pricing policy.
- Provide tax expertise to project teams for external growth operations and legal or financial restructurings.
- Conduct studies on key tax topics (e.g., distributions, offsetting deficits, interest deduction, tax consolidation, etc.).
- Participate in the implementation of global minimum tax (“Pillar 2”) within the Group, in collaboration with the consolidation team.
- Prepare internal training materials to enhance the company's tax culture.
Desired Profile:
- Master’s degree (Master 2) with a specialization in tax law or DJCE.
- Experience as an international tax specialist (4-7 years), ideally with both firm and corporate experience.
- English and French
In addition to expertise in international taxation (including transfer pricing), the candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Detail-oriented, organized, and equipped with strong analytical and synthesis skills, the candidate should also possess strong interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit, positioning themselves as a partner to other departments (General Management, Finance, Legal, Operations, etc.).
