MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manages and coordinates the team of Technological Experts within the Group, including remote management across the Group's scope, resource allocation, team animation, and skills development.
  • Responsible for the portfolio of upstream projects (POC) related to Technological Performance within the Group, in collaboration with the R&D (Inno Techno).
  • Acts as the Guardian of Processes, Products, Packaging, and Conditioning for the Group, ensuring compliance with TGMP and CGMP across various plants while providing strong technological support for the Group.
  • Responsible for the Skill and Expertise Development of the Group's Technologists.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Production and R&D
  • Business orientation
  • Leadership and management (developing engagement and talents)

  • Strong interpersonal skills (internal/external networks and teamwork)
  • Ability to manage people remotely over a broad scope (hierarchical and transversal)
  • Ability to develop and grow the team (transversality, customer orientation)
