Scope: Growth function (Marketing, Sales & RID)
Reporting to: Maude - HRD Growth
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Growth HR Director, the Growth HR Manager will support the Sales and Marketing teams and part of the RID teams on a daily basis and will contribute to the development of both employees and organizations, fostering engagement and driving both individual and collective performance. You will be a transformation & change agent as well as a guardian of the organizational health of your scope. You will play a key role in supporting leaders, managers and employees on all HR dimensions through the following main responsibilities.

YOUR MISSIONS
Transformation & HR Roadmap
- Roll out the Growth HR strategy for and plans to ensure the teams have the relevant approach to respond to business needs.
- Cascade HR initiatives aligned with the global HR strategy.
- Contribute to design and deploy organization adaptation in a moving environment, drive transformation for the teams.
Employee relation & Engagement
- Support and coach the managers and leaders in employee relations and contribute to create a unique & safe workplace.
- Roll out the Group engagement program for your scope and functional pulse surveys when needed, with adapted actions plan for the functions built with leaders.
- Ensure local legal respect and deploy local HR Policies compliant with group culture and values.
People campaigns & processes
- Run all HR Campaigns: Impact & Reward, Talent & Succession, Growth conversation with managers and leaders.
- Champion the Group’s mobility, staffing / succession planning policies with the managers and with local & global HRs.
- Drive the recruitment and mobility needs and selection process with key stakeholders.
- Identify development solutions & plan to answer Individual Growth Plan.
- Ensure fairness in terms of reward, aligning with performance management & talent orientation.
Budget & Data management
- Responsible for HR budgets on your scope.
- Data reporting and KPIs management to support HR plan and decision.
- Overall responsibility for management and accuracy of HR data ensuring data protection legislation is respected.
YOUR PROFILE
- Languages: Proficiency in English to ensure understanding / communication with the global teams. French is a plus.
- With a degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent professional experience, you have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, including a successful experience as an HR manager.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are empathetic and a good listener, and you enjoy working as part of a team. You demonstrate strong adaptability and agility, you are results-oriented, and you are not afraid to stand by your convictions and challenge the status quo.
- You are known for your commitment to contributing effectively to projects, consistently supporting day-to-day operations with dedication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- You have a strong sensitivity to the future of work.
