LOCATION

Internship at the global headquarters in Suresnes (92).

YOUR MISSIONS

1/ Manage stock availability for both Commercial Operations and the Shelf Stock:

• Daily management of shortages and forecasted downgrades
• Verification, analysis, and implementation of corrective actions with various Supply Chain contacts for any inconsistencies in stock levels
• Monitoring sales for Commercial Operations versus forecasts
• Direction of customer actions: closing/extending promotional lines, implementing sales actions

2/ Manage the repacking activity of the brand portfolio:

• Management of subcontracting activity: analysis and anticipation of repackaging needs
• Management of component inventory and packaging supply
• Verification and processing of component consumption IDs
• Interaction with warehouses regarding our repacking needs

3/ Assist the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of the activity:

• Extraction and communication of weekly volumes to service providers, essential for managing their activity
• Management inter-depot transfers

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a gap year or final year student
• You are fluent in English
• You have an internship agreement
