LOCATION
Internship based at the Development Center in Lons-le-Saunier (39).
Potential travel within France should be expected.
YOUR MISSIONS
Within the La Vache Qui Rit Development team, you will report to the Product & Process Development Portfolio Manager.
After a period of familiarization with the subject and training in the use of tools and pilot equipment, your mission will be to implement the development project by organizing trial plans, project planning, data analysis, and reporting. To achieve this, you will be required to:
- Conduct trials in the pilot workshop to optimize formulations, technological conditions, and the production line
- Perform rheological characterizations and deepen understanding of the mechanisms behind the texturization of finished products
- Take part in a project with significant innovation and technological improvement challenges
- Lead a development project in a multidisciplinary environment rich in interactions
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a final-year student in Agricultural Engineering or a Master’s degree (M2), ideally with initial experience in R&D and knowledge of dairy and cheese-making technology.
- Rigorous and motivated, you enjoy working in a team.
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proactive and creative, you enjoy taking on challenges.
- You have a good command of English.
- You are able to provide an internship agreement.
