LOCATION
Internship at the global headquarters in Suresnes (92).
- Orchestrate the learning community rhythm (meetings, posts, Q&As)
- Support campaigns and channels with hands on content operations
- Produce simple data pulls that help track progress on priority programs (e.g., Leadership & Change, Compliance).
- Community spaces feel active, clear, and helpful; members find the latest resources.
- Meetings run smoothly: the right audience, crisp agendas, clear decisions and action trackers; follow ups happen
- Campaign assets land on time and on brand; content is correctly tagged and easy to find.
- Program leads receive timely, simple metrics (coverage/engagement snapshots) that inform next actions.
- Plan and facilitate recurring learning community touchpoints (e.g., L&D Community call, Academy referent syncs, office hours):
- Draft agendas with owners, collect inputs, time box topics, and run the session
- Capture notes, decisions, and actions; publish minutes in Teams; follow up on owners and due dates.
- Manage guest speakers, demos, and show and tell slots (briefing, timing, materials, access).
- Moderate and maintain Teams channels , run quick polls and Q&As; share weekly highlights.
- Design Group Learning platform activations(Ex: English Challenge, Internal Academies launches), liaise with external vendors if needed
- Contribute to producing campaign kits (copy, simple videos, key visuals, short coach notes, suggested posts) for Corporate programs and high value academy offer
- Participate to specific content curations to feed new channels development for the learning platform
- Produce basic weekly/monthly data snapshots (from standard views/exports) for main corporate programs using Excel
- Group Learning Experience Platform: create reports on views/follows, learning channel growth, campaign reach.
- Create one pagers and quick summaries for community updates and success stories.
Profile
- Master’s student (or equivalent Bac+4/5) in HR, Communication, Digital Learning, Management, or related field.
- Initial experience in internal communication, community management, or content operations is appreciated.
- Fluent English (spoken and written, C1 level minimum) is essential for an international environment. French is very nice to have.
- Strong command of collaborative tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Miro, Canva) and ease working with digital solutions.
- Comfortable creating and formatting content, including posts, short videos, visuals, and simple infographics.
- Basic Excel skills for data extraction and simple reporting (including the ability to use pivot tables).
- Able to organize and lead meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and ease with varied stakeholders
- Service-oriented: proactive, clear, reliable, and deadline-focused.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, and work on several different topics at once. Every day with us will be different !
