Are you passionate about cheese and marketing innovation? Do you have a taste for creativity and flair for international marketing? Join our Boursin Global Marketing team for an exciting internship opportunity! 

 

 

Within the BOURSIN Global Innovation Team, you will contribute to the strategic Innovations and renovations to develop volumes, turnover and margin. You are reporting to the Senior Innovation Brand Manager. You will contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that resonate with consumers globally! You will support key projects from exploration to launch stage in strong partnership with countries, R&D team, and factories. 

 

Trends - market  

  • Support understanding consumer needs and competitive environment in key markets. 

  • Understanding key market, consumer, category, and retailer trends and recommending key business opportunities. 

  • Benchmarking innovations against key competitors and inspiring brands. Proactively share the best practices of the industry (alert & recommendation role / on price, positioning, nutrition, packaging…) 

Positive innovation - renovation 

  • Assist in the development of product concepts, formulations, and packaging designs (from ideas brainstorm, concepts writing, SI brief, P&L understanding) 

  • Participate in taste tests and sensory evaluations to refine product offerings. 

  • Support the innovation team in the planning and execution of product launches 

  • Ensure a close and constructive partnership with key countries with the guidance of the Platform Manager, to align the innovation strategy and prepare innovation launches. 

  • Support the Platform Manager on Consumer research journey (from preparation of the consumer test materials to the field and post-test report understanding) 

  • Assist in the brand's portfolio CSR strategy & in the anticipation of future regulatory guidelines - including packaging of the future projects  

  • Help in tracking performance of the markets  

  • Project follow-up with a central role in coordinating development teams, regulatory affairs, legal teams, nutrition, CSR... 

 

Operational marketing 

  • Lead key innovations / renovations tasting / testing / sample processes within the team and with countries. 

  • Assist with communication / presentation supports in peak moments activities  

  • Help and lead with crea agencies: product brief edits, product/photo shootings organization 

  • Track budget within inno projects  

  • Support the good follow up of the packaging process from development to printing phase, providing support to local team members.  

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field 

  • A real Foodie: passion for food and cheese, with a strong interest in culinary culture 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Open to work with people from different cultural backgrounds 

  • Must be quite autonomous and self-learning. Not afraid to reach out to different stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency in English (French is a plus) 

  • Previous marketing, food innovation internship experience is a bonus.
