MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Global Sales team, you will work on Inclusive Business projects as well as CSR partnerships with retail customers.

Inclusive Business

Inclusive Business aims to support a company's commercial growth while generating a strong social impact by integrating local communities into its value chain, enabling them to access better income opportunities and improved living conditions.

At Bel, Inclusive Business programs rely on networks of micro-entrepreneurs who distribute our products (street vendors, small retailers, shop owners). In exchange for their sales performance, these entrepreneurs gain access to social benefits tailored to their needs, such as professional training, health insurance, and financial services.

These programs pursue a dual objective that reflects the essence of Inclusive Business:

  • A business objective: sustainably increasing sales of Bel brands.
  • A social objective: improving the living conditions of Bel distributors and helping them integrate into the modern economy.

Approximately 50% of your responsibilities will focus on supporting and developing Inclusive Business programs in existing markets such as Vietnam, Morocco, Madagascar, and India.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze commercial performance and social impact KPIs, and prepare related reports.
  • Support local teams by monitoring program implementation and exploring new project opportunities.
  • Develop internal communications on Inclusive Business programs (newsletters, intranet content, etc.).
  • Prepare quarterly impact letters in collaboration with our partner agency.
  • Contribute to the creation of e-learning content for micro-entrepreneurs.
  • Monitor and analyze developments within the Inclusive Business ecosystem.

CSR for Sales

The other 50% of your responsibilities will focus on developing tools that help Sales teams build meaningful CSR partnerships with major retail customers in developed markets such as France, the United States, and Canada.

You will work closely with Bel's Group CSR team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze customers' CSR commitments and strategies at a global level.
  • Develop tools to showcase Bel's CSR commitments to customers, including training materials, presentations, and workshops.
  • Coordinate with Bel subsidiaries on CSR-related topics.
  • Collect and analyze performance results from pilot initiatives conducted with retail partners.
  • Prepare internal and external communication materials.

PROFILE

  • Master's student, gap-year student, or final-year student.
  • Previous successful internship or professional experience preferred.
  • Strong interest in business, sustainability, environmental impact, and social impact topics.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Organized, structured, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to propose new ideas.
  • Interested in working with leading brands in their categories.
  • Fluent in English.

WHAT BEL OFFERS YOU

  • Monthly internship allowance: €1,250 to €1,350 gross, depending on your academic level.
  • 65% reimbursement of public transportation costs.
  • Health insurance and welfare coverage.
  • Hybrid working policy.
  • Company restaurant.
  • Dedicated young talent events (career workshops, networking events, conferences, etc.).
