Performance without profitability has no impact.Within this department, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Controller who will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing marketing expenditure, contributing to the reliability of financial data, and supporting marketing teams in managing performance.

This role aims to ensure consistency of reporting and to provide recommendations to optimize marketing investments.
YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS
A&P Controller:
-
Monitor central A&P expenditure commitments and rebilling to business units

Act as the Business Partner with budget owners (Brand GMs, Strat Insight, Corporate Brand, Global Sales) to manage resource allocation and propose arbitrages

Recommend, produce, and communicate reliable and relevant monthly and yearly dashboards

Assist partnership managers on financial aspects

Lead and deploy best practices in internal control, and serve as a point of contact for accounts payable

Propose necessary changes to performance monitoring indicator production

Carry out ad hoc analyses on marketing projects (innovation, partnerships, ROI analysis)
Assist the Brand Controlling Manager:

Support in monthly performance monitoring, consolidation of forecasts and budgets, ad hoc analysis (innovation/renovation projects)

Work proactively to improve monitoring tools (Power BI, Excel)
Monitor performance indicators and impact on results:

Meeting deadlines, quality and reliability of reports

Monitoring action plans and identifying “fill the gap” plans

Relevance of analyses and recommendations
This position is based in Suresnes, west of Paris, with access via tram T2 (Suresnes Longchamp stop) and several bus lines.
YOUR ASSETS: Could this be you?
You hold a Master’s degree in finance or management, and have initial experience in management control, financial analysis or auditing. Experience in an industrial company would be appreciated.
You have a strong financial background and are proficient in information systems and Excel.
You are fluent in both English and French.
