This opportunity is a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in January 2026 at our Suresnes site.
Your Responsibilities:
Weekly activities
•Build and optimize weekly production plans to meet market demand, considering industrial constraints and stock levels, over a short to medium-term horizon.
•Maintain SKU data and parameters in the systems (managing promotions, product freshness).
•Manage priorities between available capacities and the demand of each country, raising alerts for stock-at-risk situations and preparing arbitration requests if needed.
•Build strong partnerships with factories and Business Units (BU) and coordinate with different stakeholders in the Supply Chain (activity management, deployment…) to achieve KPI targets..
Medium and long-term activities:
•Lead industrial meetings with factories once a month.
•Prepare capacity scenarios to identify risks and opportunities over the long-term horizon (1-3 years).
•Build production plan for the industrial budget.
•Manage and/or participate in operational projects like new product launches or the implementation of new flows/ new systems.
Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
•Master's level or equivalent with a first professional experience in Supply Chain.
•The same level of training can be obtained with equivalent professional experience.
Required skills business / technical knowhow to perform in the job :
•Strong communication skills with internal clients (countries) and internal suppliers (factories).
•Good proficiency in English.
•IT skills: ERP (SAP) – APS (i.e. JDA, IBP, Kinaxis), Excel power query, BW…
