Context – Objectives
As PLM Senior Project Leader, you will oversee the delivery of the PLM project customized for the FMCG landscape, aligning business functions particularly in Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain. You will secure the allocation of proper resources, lead operationally the project, ensuring performance and delivery (costs, timing, quality). You will manage all contributors, preparing and animating team meetings, and project governance instances, while managing new project demands. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the IT project leader and external integrators to ensure project success.
You will be included in the Growth central leadership team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Define the Project Governance

Create a comprehensive governance framework, detailing decision flows, escalation matrices, and defining roles & responsibilities among stakeholders.

Establish and align on a metric tracking mechanism and a shared mechanism to manage documents throughout the project lifecycle.
Pilot the Project to Ensure Performance

Design an optimized end-to-end stage gate process from ideation to product retirement for all brands.

Align project deliverables, quality, costs, timing, and risks with key stakeholders across RID, Brands, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.

Propose, define, manage the detailed timeline, milestones, and updates.

Secure appropriate resource allocation across the company to deliver on time and in full.

Build a strong project team, involving representatives of end-users from specification to validation.

Manage the budget, prepare and submit capital expense requests and expense authorizations.

Assess tool use/consistency versus business needs and prioritize necessary action plans.

Define and implement a change management plan to secure cultural change adoption (communication plan, coaching, training).

Ensure decision validation by the relevant governance and report progress to management (e.g., Steering Committees).

Anticipate and resolve project issues, escalating to management as needed.
Manage All Contributors

Define and pilot a project team, identifying contributors, and coordinating all project streams.

Organize team meetings, document minutes, and follow up on actions.

Work closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to design robust processes aligned with organizational needs.

Assign actions, track results, and coordinate resource needs with team managers to ensure deliverables.

Together with the IT PLM project leader, oversee the scope of work and tasks execution by the integrator for the PLM project.

Design a 3DS platform to support Bel's PLM system, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
Reporting Activities

Report project highlights, including deliveries, challenges, issues, escalations, and planning actions to achieve objectives.

Update, challenge, and share key project KPIs (costs, timing, quality) and propose action plans.

Deliver tools for managing performance KPIs and licensing consumption.
PROFILE
-
Master’s/University Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of professional experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.

Significant experience in a business function, such as R&D, Marketing, or Supply Chain, with a strong understanding of FMCG complexity (multi-brand, multi-country, multi-plant).

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management principles and best practices; knowledge of Dassault Systems PLM solution 3DS is a plus.

Excellent project management skills and experience in change management and/or digital transformation projects.
