Within the Global Marketing teams, we are looking for a Packaging Project Coordinator (M/F) for a permanent contract, to be filled as soon as possible, based at the Groupe Bel headquarters in Suresnes (92).
MAIN DUTIES
Reporting to the Global Brand Platform Manager Boursin, you will be responsible for coordinating packaging projects with the global brand teams for international markets for the Boursin & The Laughing Cow brands.
YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS
Packaging execution & technical advice on global developments:

Gather all necessary information for packaging projects (regulations, packaging developers, graphic chain, etc.).

Support product managers in writing and conducting briefs/debriefs with packaging agencies concerning technical and design requirements, as well as in planning the delivery of masters.

Lead the briefing of execution agencies, photoengraving, etc.; ensure the follow-up of graphic development and validate documents with the Brand Manager.

Prepare development schedules for packaging execution, taking into account supplier constraints and coordinating with the graphic chain and/or purchasing (photoengraving, printing, tests, etc.).

Review and validate all materials intended for printing, ensure the correct application of graphic guidelines, and ensure the coordination and validation of packaging materials regarding regulatory, CSR, and marketing aspects.
Coordination, management of global packaging projects, and local support:

For global packaging projects, communicate all useful information to stakeholders (graphic chain, Global Activity Manager, local marketing, etc.).

Provide technical support and act as an interface for locally initiated projects or adaptations, to maintain consistency.

Participate in the update of packaging guidelines (fix and flex) with the Equity team and share best practices.

Ensure smooth collaboration between the graphic chain and Global Activity Managers.
YOUR ASSETS: IS IT YOU?
Recognized for your expertise in packaging projects, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
Comfortable managing complex, international projects; organization and rigor are essential.
Perfect bilingual proficiency in French and English.
Knowledge of the graphic chain and technical constraints related to different printing methods is indispensable.
Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
