YOUR FUTURE TEAM:


Within the Bel Foodservice Sales Force, made up of 30 employees, and specifically as part of Paul’s team—Regional Sales Manager for the Grand Ouest—you will be based in the Pays de la Loire region. You will join a team of six Market Managers, whose support and expertise will be invaluable in ensuring a smooth integration.

 

YOUR MISSIONS:


As Market Manager, you will implement Bel Foodservice’s commercial strategy in the field for both product categories (cheese and groceries). As a true ambassador of the company, you will grow sales volumes and turnover in your assigned departments: Loire-Atlantique (44), Maine-et-Loire (49), Sarthe (72), and Vendée (85), with responsibilities including:

 

With Users:

  • Promote and advocate the consumption of our products (cheese and groceries) in collective catering (schools, hospitals, retirement homes, etc.)
  • Organize promotional actions and demonstrations with our culinary advisors
  • Establish yourself as a key influencer with coordinators of major public procurement markets and purchasing groups in the area

 

With Distributors:

  • Develop Bel product sales in both collective and commercial catering, in partnership with our regional distributors, in line with Bel’s commercial policy
  • List innovations with regional distributors
  • Lead annual distributor reviews and business plans
  • Ensure the presence of Bel products in distributors’ tenders for public contracts
  • Boost sales using promotional tools within the Cash & Carry 

 

NetworkKnowledge of your territory (client portfolio, competitor activities, public procurement markets, etc.), monitoring performance indicators, managing your regional budgets, and mastering reporting and analysis tools, will all be key assets to drive your business growth

 

PROFILE:


You hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and/or advanced technical sales training and have initial experience as a Sector Manager in the food industry, ideally in Out-of-Home Catering (industry or distributor side).You have a strong “product sensitivity” and a natural passion for cuisine.

You know how to manage your business like a responsible entrepreneur (negotiate, build excellent client relationships, analyze results, and deploy appropriate action plans). This position requires daily car trips to visit clients, so a valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
