Serving our business


Bel is becoming a data driven company. You will be on the forefront of guiding our HR to leverage and transform people data into insight that drives actions. You will work with the business to understand their challenges, translate it to questions, solve it with the right data & methodology and communicate a user story to Data & Reporting team.


Bel is already producing a lot of group data reports on people either it be for legal reasons (eg. Declaration of non-financial performance) or to drive our business. You would strengthen our current people data usage.


But more importantly, you will question how people data will create business value and enhance employee experience. You will deliver the use cases, reporting and changes so that it becomes effective. Starting from understanding our clients’ needs and ending with delivering the right analytics at the right time, you will leverage our key people data, metrics and reporting as well as empowering users, especially in the HR function


Reporting and analytics

  • Starting from business needs, set the right on shelf reporting for the right people at the right time.
  • Collaborate with Data & Reporting team to deliver dashboards to end users.
  • Be able to deliver specific one off analysis to address specific demands.
  • Progressively make connection between people data and data coming from other domains (eg: Sales, Costs, etc.).


 Data governance

  • Starting from business reporting needs, help define which data would belong to the group HR data model and which ones are local.
  • Identify the critical set of data that must be tracked by constantly balancing which data is essential to know while not overinflating data. sources. Optimise the data set.
  • Set people data definition standards, procedures and policies to be used in order to ensure set deliverable.
  • Solve resolution of organization-level people data issues with the help of our data stewards (eg. the HRIS Manager).


Lead the change

  • Starting from quick wins in reporting, set, prioritize and lead the people data roadmap to progressively extend its impact.
  • Identify proactively opportunities to drive the organization through analytics.
  • Help users to adopt people data & an analytic mindset to lead their activities, especially managers and the HR function.


To succeed in your mission you can count on your internal partners on data strategy and tools:

  • Our IT department (Data&Reporting) is delivering a strong roadmap on data governance and analytics. It provides the tools (eg datalake, BI while sharing data from different domains),  methodology and support (eg. data governance, design thinking) to leverage all functions and data owners in Bel.
  • In the HR department, our HRIS team supports management processes and gives access to people data through our group HRIS. The team fosters the employee experience, strongly interconnecting HR systems to secure and streamline the data. It also leads our international HRIS key users community and empower users.




  • Business acumen with a strong interest and good knowledge and experience in analytics
  • Capacity to understand internal clients’ needs and identify how people data will address these needs
  • Very good understanding of the HR roles and processes in contemporary companies
  • Good project skills. Interest in defining, structuring and enhancing data
  • Capacity to embark Bel's collaborators and the HR teams in the related change management


Experience : 7-10 years minimum in a company with an appetite for data and analytics 

Salaray range : 60-80K € based on experience (+ bonus and benefits)
