YOUR MISSIONS

Within the Supply Chain Department of Bel France, you report to the Supply Chain Director and ensure an optimal service rate for the BU while minimizing downgrades and inventory levels (Retail, Foodservice, and SPL).

Leading a team of 4 people, your main responsibilities include:

  • Driving the team to ensure the fundamentals of Product Availability
  • Maximizing the customer service rate by identifying upcoming risks and working on action plans with various stakeholders (master planning, customer service, demand planning)
  • Limiting unsold items and implementing necessary action plans to deplete them
  • Managing BU stock levels and working on action plans to reduce them
  • Developing and sustaining relationships with the Global SC teams for better risk sharing
  • Effectively reporting Availability risks to SC teams and Bel France
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects in interaction with other services and IT: automation, process overhaul…
  • As a member of the SC France Lead Team, participating in defining the roadmap and commitment plan for the SC France teams
  • As a member of the Key Leaders of Bel France, participating in the operationalization of the Bel France strategy

YOUR PROFILE

Holding a higher education degree (master's level) from an engineering or business school, with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, including managerial experience.

Additionally, you possess:

  • Collaboration & communication skills: capable of interacting, collaborating, and influencing various partners to improve our way of operating and create value
  • Analytical skills: comfortable with numbers and capable of producing qualitative and quantitative analyses
  • Leadership and management skills: capable of leading and engaging teams to successfully perform operations and also accompany teams through different changes within the group while developing them
  • Responsiveness & agility
  • Operational skills: rigor, organization & prioritization ability
  • Ease with IT tools, especially SAP, Power BI, Excel. Mastery of JDA is a plus
  • Professional English proficiency
