As our future RPA Manager (HF), you will have a unique opportunity to promote and implement Robotic Process Automation within SAP ECC and other BEL solutions.
Your responsibilities :
- Propose innovative and lean solutions to end-users to reduce workload in SAP transactions and other BEL solutions.
- Contribute to corporate projects by implementing RPA in collaboration with other capabilities of the Group IT department.
- Lead the process for collecting new automation needs from the business and organize the arbitration of automation processes to implement.
- Organize and oversee the development of automation processes with third-party IT partners.
- Manage the operational activity of the robots running our automation processes.
- Be capable of creating, maintaining, and editing RPA jobs.
- Update existing jobs to follow best practices.
- Manage service providers and coordinate RPA activities around SAP and other BEL solutions with functional capabilities (DSI) and business units.
- Be responsible for maintaining a dashboard of functional processes automated and productivity gains, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving high end-user satisfaction with running jobs.
Your profile :
Holding a degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification, you have 4 to 5 years of experience managing RPA projects and SAP projects, with specific expertise in SAP Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Strong project management skills, rigor, method, and professional self-organization are essential. You should be result-oriented and able to work autonomously, having aso good communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. The ability to search for and propose relevant and innovative solutions, drawing from extensive experience in different contexts, is crucial. Handling business contacts with fairness, ensuring honest exchanges without overselling the product, is also important.
Solid knowledge of Robot Process Automation and proficiency in UIPath are required. You should be capable of creating jobs from scratch, maintaining them, and following best practices. Additionally, a good understanding of overall IT and some development concepts, including APIs and development best practices, is necessary.
Fluency in both French and English is required.
