CONTEXT
Within the Marketing France Department, in the Integrated Marketing Communication team, the Social Media & Influence Manager reports to the Head of Social Media, Press Relations, and Consumer Care.
As a recognized expert in social media and influence levers, he/she contributes to defining strategies, manages campaigns and productions end-to-end, leads transformation projects, and ensures overall performance monitoring.
He/she works across the entire portfolio of brands (La Vache qui Rit®, Mini Babybel®, Kiri®, Boursin®, Apéricube®) alongside a community manager and two in-house creatives, in transversal collaboration with the brand teams, Bel France marketing and legal experts, and global teams, for whom he/she is the Social Media & Influence point of contact at the France BU level.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Contributing to Defining and Managing Social Media & Influence Strategy
- Contribute to defining the editorial and influence strategy for the brands: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Snapchat, and others
- Make well-argued recommendations and playbooks on platforms, formats, and trends
- Recommend new levers, creative initiatives, and community/influence approaches
- Participate in agency briefs and media recommendations with the brand teams
- Manage content production with our internal studio, including reactive content responding to current events
Managing Social Media & Influence Campaigns
- Take operational lead on Brand campaigns: briefs, feedback, production follow-up, and debrief, in close collaboration with the media manager
- Oversee influence activations end-to-end: selecting creators, contracting, briefing, content validation, post-campaign analysis with our agency
- Coordinate activities across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency, group engagement, and execution quality
- Liaise with agencies, brand teams, and amplification teams
- Manage key moments and HOT activations with the involved teams
- Ensure tracking of deliverables, deadlines, and associated budgets
Leading Social Media & Influence Transformation Projects
- Contribute to the management of cross-functional projects related to the evolution of Social Media & Influence practices within Bel France
- Be the Social Media & Influence reference for the France BU with global teams
- Support brand teams in developing their skills on these topics
4. Monitoring & Performance Measurement
- Monitor brand social media and influence performance via daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting (campaign launches, etc.)
- Support media studies and reporting with dedicated teams
- Track key KPIs and signal both risks (crisis) and opportunities (trends, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage crises with consumer services and public relations
- Conduct content monitoring
- Contribute to coordinated reporting with global teams and agencies
The position is located in Suresnes, west of Paris, accessible via the T2 tram (Suresnes Longchamp stop) and several bus lines.
YOUR PROFILE: Is this you?
You have a Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent professional experience in a communication, marketing, business, digital, or journalism school, and have at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in social media management and/or influence, either within a company or in an agency.
You therefore possess solid expertise in social media management across platforms, the influencer market (trends, profiles, culture, regulations), and social media/influence media & analytics (KPIs, paid campaigns, etc.).
Bonus points: You have experience targeting families/children and previous experience in FMCG.
You are recognized for your autonomy, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Professional English and French is required.
