We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Manager to lead, oversee, and drive organizational change initiatives within our company, specifically focused on our SAP S4 HANA program. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a culture of innovation, productivity, and adaptability while ensuring seamless transitions towards achieving strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major transformation initiatives, from framing to execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise priorities
- Build the Case for Change articulating transformation objectives, business value, and key pain points
- Advise and support business leaders to define Target Operating Model evolutions (service model, org. structure, processes, governance, IT & Data) and ensure the quality and consistency of business deliverables
- Support Business Process Owners to deliver a clear and fully aligned end-to-end process framework (R2R, P2P, O2C…), as well as a reliable and shared knowledge base securing transparency and long-term sustainability
- Conduct a comprehensive impact assessment (processes, roles, systems, data, capabilities) and identify key transition levers
- Define a change management strategy and support business leaders to prepare and onboard change network
- Lead the implementation of the change management strategy: communications, training, stakeholder engagement, change network activation
- Monitor adoption and value realization, track KPIs, and adjust transformation actions based on feedback and impact
- Support critical decision-making by facilitating scenario analysis, trade-off discussions, and structured problem solving with program stakeholders
- Facilitate automation, data leverage, and AI opportunities into redesigned finance processes to maximize long-term transformation benefits.
- Establish and maintain effective transformation practices in coordination with our Transformation Center Of Excellence (Program, Change and Process Management)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading complex, large-scale enterprise transformation programs within finance organizations, notably driven by the implementation of core, business-critical information systems
- (8 + years of XP)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute transformation strategies
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in navigating organizational change
- Relevant certification in change management or organizational development is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Environment and knowledge in corporate finance and SAP would also be an added advantage to accelerate onboarding and facilitate handling the topics.
