Main responsibilities

 

  • Maintenance of promotional plan inputs and adjustments and spend provisions.
  • Validation and processing of customer deductions.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to measure success and identify areas requiring attention.
  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in building forecasts to improve short- and long-term sales performance.
  • Preparing detailed dashboards, visual presentations, and reports for different internal stakeholders
  • Sharing insights and actionable recommendations to guide decision-making.
  • Partnering with the Key Account Managers and operations teams to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Monitoring customer behavior and product retention opportunities in line with our sales strategies & objectives
  • Supporting training and enablement efforts for sales teams by presenting data insights contributing to upskilling efforts.
  • Pulling reports from customer portal(s) and internal systems to build reports/analysis
  • Proactively identify underperforming areas requiring re-evaluation and attention.
  • Identify sales trends, strengths, and gaps, providing actionable insights to drive performance improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to craft recommendations for sales strategies, pricing adjustments, product launches, and more.
  • Contribute to market research efforts to understand competitor positioning, pricing structures, and customer preferences.

 

Skills & qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or in a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with tools such as SAP, Xtel, Salesforce, Power BI, CRX, and Nielsen is an asset
  • Proficient in using digital tools, software, AI tools, and technology to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to communicate in French is an asset
