Job Summary:
The Network & System Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure of the TVC site and eventually helping across multiple North American sites.
This position plays a pivotal technical role in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of network and system environments supporting both office and manufacturing operations, in alignment with BEL Group standards.
Acting as a key technical point of contact, the engineer supports infrastructure projects, participates in critical incident resolution, and collaborates with plant teams (especially with OT Team) and corporate IT teams.

Position Requirements:
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure (network and systems) within a multi-site environment
- Experience supporting both office and manufacturing environments is a plus
SKILLS
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a structured manner
- Good documentation and organization skills
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a multi-site, collaborative environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able work in normal office conditions and in the manufacturing plant and warehouses.
- Must be able to work 8 hours per day and be on his/her feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to travel via airplane within the U.S. and Internationally
