YOUR FUNCTION:
Under the supervision of the KAM OOH NL and the Trade Marketing Manager OOH BE, we offer you a unique opportunity to join our sales team based in Utrecht in order to strengthen the Out of Home department. The VIE period is a minimum of 12 months.
You will be integrated into a dynamic and innovative team. Our Bel Foodservice division is aimed at professionals in the Out of Home (OOH) Market in NL collective catering industry (channel focus on Catering, Hotels, Airlines and Quick Service Restaurants school canteens, hospitals, retirement homes, etc.) and commercial catering (QSR, FSR, etc.). Your role is to provide our Bel Foodservice customers with clear product information, effective communication and promotion and to encourage them to activate our products. To become the internal and external spokesperson for Bel Foodservice in terms of products and promotion. Your goal is to drive brand awareness and fuel business growth in the OOH channel, working hand-in-hand with our sales teams across key account and wholesaler. We are looking for a highly motivated team member with an affinity with OOH to capture & develop new marketing plans together with our customers. What are the needs of the specific OOH customer and which marketing activities do we need to do together to optimize product placement, visibility, and consumer engagement.
YOUR MISSIONS:
CHANNEL ACTIVATION:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored for out-of-home settings, including Hotels/Catering/Airlines/Quick Service Restaurants.
- Focus on seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Coordinate promotional events and partnerships to enhance brand visibility in the out-of-home market.
- Implement channel-specific initiatives to optimize product placement, visibility, and consumer engagement.
- Together with the Key Account manager visit key accounts to get a better understanding of their needs and together with them develop the right (tailormade) marketing activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the out-of-home channel, including distributors and key accounts
- Conduct regular market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences within the out-of-home channel.
- Analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives with key customers for future campaigns.
TRADE RESPONSIBILITIES:

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES: 40%
- Product management
- Full-fledged project manager of 2025-2027 product development and innovation projects in close collaboration with our cross-functional teams (R&D, global, supply, factories, etc.) from pre-exploration to launch on the NL market.
- Participation in the execution of the annual medium & long-term marketing strategic plan defining the strategic axes of deployment of the offer and the associated activations
- Regular monitoring of the performance of our portions & ingredients product ranges with implementation of action plans
- Support for market research / category monitoring in the collective and commercial catering segments. You work in a poorly documented environment where the construction of a monthly review will be necessary in order to better understand the drivers and trends of the Foodservice market.
E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL
- Optimization of the referencing and visibility of our portions and ingredients ranges on our distributors' E-Commerce platforms
- Management of the CRM tool through the implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Regular updating of the Bel Foodservice BE website (product sheets, recipes, news, etc.)
OTHER MISSIONS
- Preparation and coordination of the presence of the OOH team at professional events such as trade shows, seminars, inspirational sessions...
- A&P Marketing Budget Tracking

PROFILE SOUGHT:
- Ideally, you already have a first experience in the FMCG environment.
- Affinity with the out-of-home channel and the dynamics of the OOH market.
- You are dynamic, agile and want to work with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building bridges between multiple stakeholders (customers and internally)
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns together with customers
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
- You are bilingual (EN and FR), Dutch is a big asset
- Being able to work with a Benelux mindset
