MAIN MISSIONS :

As a Digitalization & Industrial Performance Coordinator, you will report to the Industrial Performance Director.

  • Define and implement the digitalization vision for the industrial site in alignment with the group's and site's policies for Operational Excellence, Safety, Quality, and Environment
  • Participate in detailed functional analyses of digitalization project needs
  • Study technological opportunities and feasibility regarding digitalization
  • Coordinate and support the digitalization projects of sites worldwide and assist teams.
  • Ensure the development of digital skills among site collaborators
  • Implement and optimize digital tools and innovative solutions for the factory
  • Design complex automated and digital systems while developing educational applications on production lines to meet needs
  • Lead and coordinate continuous improvement groups and practice continuous improvement within the site collaboratively with all departments
  • Support the management of production systems and flows, considering costs, deadlines, and quality
  • Participate in the animation of the site's operational excellence programs in collaboration with the industrial performance teams
  • Define, implement, and embed the change management approach within the digital transformation of the factory in coordination with HR teams and site management
  • Conduct audits and support teams in improving their continuous improvement activities
    LOCATION AND DURATION : Portugal – Vale de Cambra
    Start :January 1st 2026, 18 months
