Languages: English B1, B2
Work experience:
Experience – at least 2 years in the field or in a similar position
Training – at least 2 months in the position with a permanent and trained employee

Main activities
- Ensures the smooth running of the office (incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, phone calls, office supplies)
- Coordinates the functioning and improvement of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, IFS, and HACCP
- Represents the company's management in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, IFS, and is the head of the HACCP team
- Ensures quality control in accordance with the requirements of the HACCP system, ISO 9001 series standards, IFS standards. To this end, he/she makes use of internal laboratories under his/her direct supervision
- Organizes, manages, and coordinates the activities of the quality management and control department and internal laboratories
- Ensures the processing of comprehensive documents in the field of quality and their coordination in terms of the requirements of ISO 9001 series standards and the IFS standard. Furthermore, in terms of legislative requirements and the requirements of the Bel group
- Responsible for the processing and updating of the Quality Manual and HACCP Plan
- Together with members of the company's management, develops quality policy and objectives and promotes these documents within the company
- Ensures the creation and revision of product specifications
