Job Description: 

Job Purpose:
The Facilities Engineer is tasked with maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency, safety, and quality of the factory’s buildings and infrastructure. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance, supervising project work, and managing facility upgrades or renovations. By coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors, the Facilities Engineer ensures that all facilities comply with relevant regulations, support the company’s objectives, and provide a safe and productive environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of factory buildings by establishing a system to ensure the efficiency of buildings to achieve the requested objectives through caring about the quality and solidity of the buildings.
  • Follow up day-to-day site issues, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and Manage project schedule & activities ensuring schedule of all deliverables.
  • Coordinate and follow-up the project construction time plan, quality, and cost with related outsourced/contracted companies.
  • Lead or coordinate building renovation, upgrade, and expansion projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare annual budgets for the section, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate long-term capital improvement programs and lead major renovation or construction projects.
  • Supervise daily operations across all facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  • Establish policies and procedures for routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.Manage budgets for maintenance, supplies, and capital improvements, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand facility needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Civil, Arch Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in facility management.
  • Excellent command of English language.
