RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

 

Brand Marketing Execution (50%)

  • Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing annual marketing campaigns for key brands.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring integrated marketing activities across digital, social media and in-store touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Support campaign tracking and post-campaign reporting.

 

Consumer Activation & Sampling (25%)

  • Support the planning and execution of consumer activations, events and sampling programs.
  • Coordinate POSM, promotional materials and activation logistics.
  • Monitor execution quality and support campaign recaps.

 

 

Packaging & Innovation Projects (25%)

  • Support packaging development projects, including artwork adaptation and coordination with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Follow up artwork approval processes and packaging implementation timelines.
  • Ensure packaging materials are aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.

 

Other Tasks

  • Support additional projects and tasks assigned by Brand Managers.
  • Whether supporting a major campaign launch or helping with day-to-day brand operations, you will contribute to our brands’ growth through a proactive mindset, strong ownership and a can-do attitude.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  1. Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates (or final-year students available for full-time internship/traineeship) and junior professionals with up to 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand, Digital or agency enviroments are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in Brand Marketing, FMCG and consumer-centric businesses.
  • Previous internship experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields is a plus.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working with data, presentations and project follow-ups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
