At Bel, the safety and well-being of our people are our top priority. We are looking for a passionate and experienced HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety and Environment agenda and contribute to building a safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplace for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Groupe Bel HSE requirements.
  • Drive a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives.
  • Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Partner with all departments to improve workplace safety, environmental performance, and employee well-being.
  • Manage relationships with relevant authorities and external stakeholders. Based on existing HSE leadership responsibilities and plant management expectations. 

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and management systems.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive a proactive safety culture. The role requires HSE expertise, communication skills, regulatory knowledge, and leadership capability.
