We are seeking a talented and driven HR Trainee to join our team.

Mission:

Support the HR Department in its day-to-day activities, gaining hands-on experience across different areas of Human Resources. The role will involve supporting HR administrative processes, training and development activities, internal communication initiatives and employee engagement projects, as well as providing administrative support to the Occupational Health team.

Location: Vale de Cambra

Duration: 12 months

Contract: Internship directly with the company

Profile:

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, or related fields;
• Previous experience in Human Resources and/or an interest in developing a career in HR will be valued;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Dynamic and proactive attitude;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Good command of English.
