YOUR MISSIONS

Context

Within the France Human Resources Department and the Employee Relations team based in Suresnes, you will report to the Labour Law Counsel located in Dardilly (69).

Working closely together, you will support the HR managers of our two production sites in France as well as the headquarters on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

Individual Employee Relations

• Ensuring compliance and security of all employment law processes, drafting and validating legal documents (employment contracts, letters, etc.).
• Monitoring labour law developments and updating the legal database while ensuring its proper application.
• Supporting the implementation of training initiatives.

Collective Employee Relations

• Depending on the topics, participating in the preparation of meetings with employee representative bodies at Headquarters (CSE, CSSCT), supporting the organisation of professional elections, and assisting with preparations for negotiations or committee meetings with employee representatives.
• Developing and analysing HR indicators (social reports, workforce planning, Generation Contract, Gender Equality, Annual Mandatory Negotiations, etc.) in coordination with the France Social Controlling team.
• Providing recommendations regarding negotiations through analysis of legislative developments and external practices.

YOUR PROFILE

You can apply if:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bar School or a Master’s degree (Master 2) specialising in Labour Law.
• You ideally have a first successful experience in a law firm or in a company (preferably in labour law).
• You have a solid understanding of labour law.
• You are rigorous, detail-oriented and conscientious.
• You are well organised and eager to work on a variety of topics.
• You are proficient in English.
• You have an internship agreement issued by your school or university.
