Integrated within the Regulatory department, the internship will focus on supporting the management of the consumer support service for Southern Europe, with the main tasks including:

• Registering contacts on the platform;
• Forwarding contacts for handling by factories or other departments;
• Follow up on the handling of complaints and monitoring consumer satisfaction;
• Supporting document review;
• Assisting with audits;
• Participating in improvement plans.

Proflie:

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Food Sciences or related fields (e.g., Food Engineering, Food Technology, Food Quality, Nutrition, Food Industries, etc.);
• Excellent communication skills and team player;
• Dynamic, proactive, and problem-solver profile;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Fluent in Portuguese & English (spoken and written).
