This position reports to the Media Lead and will work transversally with all functions involved in the MMM program and external partner. 

 

MAIN MISSIONS

 

Bel is strengthening its Marketing effectiveness capabilities by developing a Marketing ROI (MROI) steering model supported by Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) across brands and markets. 
 
The Marketing Efficiency Manager will play a central role in designing, deploying and scaling media effectiveness capabilities across the organization. The role will ensure that MMM insights are translated into practical media allocation decisions and embedded into recurring planning and investment processes. 

Your main responsibilities will be to: 

 

  1. Design and deploy the MROI steering model - Define the target steering model, routines and media guidelines, and integrate MROI principles into marketing planning and budget allocation, in collaboration with Marketing AI Program Manager 

  1. Lead MMM deployment - Drive MMM deployment across priority brands and markets from scoping to activation, coordinating data and managing provider relationships 

  1. Translate insights into action - Own and challenge MMM outputs, translate them into media allocation recommendations, and run simulations to support planning decisions, in collaboration with dedicated local Marketing teams 

  1. Drive performance and value capture - Track MROI impact and media performance over time, and contribute to value capture reporting and performance reviews, in collaboration with Finance & Value Creation teams 

  1. Build capabilities and ways of working - Build internal understanding of MMM, train teams to activate outputs, and promote best practices in media effectiveness and measurement  

 

 

 

PROFILE/SKILLS  

 

Education & Experience: 

  • 8 years of experience in media, marketing effectiveness, analytics, insights, consulting or related fields, preferably in FMCG 

  • Experience working with media agencies, measurement providers or MMM partners 

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders 

  • International and cross-functional experience preferred 

  • Fluent in English 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of media planning, media buying and marketing performance measurement 

  • Knowledge of MMM methodologies and media effectiveness frameworks. 

  • Data, analytics and econometrics literacy 

  • Strong project and program management skills 

  • Ability to translate analytical outputs into actionable business recommendations

  • Strong business acumen and value-delivery mindset 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align senior leaders across functions, brands and markets
