Marketing Operations Specialist (South East Asia)

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management – Innovation & Packaging

  • Support and coordinate end-to-end project management for product innovation, renovation, and packaging initiatives
  • Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time execution across markets
  • Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and governance processes
  • Proactively identify issues and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders

2. Cross-functional & International Collaboration

  • Act as a key contact point between local teams and international brand/marketing teams
  • Ensure alignment between global brand strategies and local execution requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain) and external partners (agencies, distributors)
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making across multiple countries

3. Packaging Development & Execution

  • Coordinate packaging development from brief to final artwork approval
  • Work with agencies and design teams to deliver packaging aligned with brand guidelines
  • Liaise with factories, suppliers, and global teams to ensure feasibility and compliance
  • Provide initial evaluation and recommendation on packaging solutions

4. Regulatory & Compliance Coordination

  • Ensure product claims, artwork, and labeling meet local regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate effectively with regulatory and quality teams, as well as distributors
  • Manage submission and approval processes for packaging and product information

5. Marketing Operations & Systems

  • Maintain and update internal systems (e.g., product, packaging, and project platforms)
  • Organize and manage documentation related to product lifecycle and compliance
  • Ensure consistency and data accuracy across systems and stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, ideally in FMCG or Food industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory processes and distributor relationships
  • Basic knowledge of product claims and food labeling regulations
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate strong accountability
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in packaging project management is highly preferred
  • English proficiency
