Your Role

As an Intern, you will contribute to capability-building initiatives and content creation for the deployment of Rise Up Academy. You will support the Capability Council, Subject Matter Experts, Instructors, and Ambassadors in transforming expertise into clear, engaging, and scalable learning experiences. Your role will focus on supporting hands-on content creation, experimenting with AI to accelerate learning assets, and enhancing the learner experience, while providing operational support without owning program coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & SME Support

· Support SMEs in creating and refining learning content in PowerPoint, scripts, and templates

· Help translate expert knowledge into learner-friendly materials

· Support preparation of scripts, talking points, reminders, and session materials for instructors

· Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across learning assets

Multimedia & Digital Learning Support

· Support basic video creation and editing (training videos, short explainers, recordings)

· Assist in adapting content into multiple formats (slides, videos, summaries, quizzes)

· Help improve engagement and accessibility of learning materials

AI & Technology Enablement

· Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, re-formatting, and updates

· Experiment with AI to support learning design, summaries, scripts, and visuals

· Bring curiosity and ideas on how technology can improve learning efficiency and experience

Toolkit & Learning Enablement

· Help explain and structure toolkits and learning resources so they are easy to use by learners

· Support preparation of “how-to” guides and practical usage materials

· Ensure toolkits are consistent, actionable, and ready for market deployment

Operational Support (Content-Focused)

· SharePoint and Teams Channel support for animating the community

· Support coordination by helping keep content-related tasks on track

· Follow up with SMEs, instructors, and ambassadors on inputs and deliverables

· Support preparation for launches, pilots, and learning sessions (Note: program planning, governance, and overall coordination remain owned by the Coordinator role.)

Your Profile

· Currently enrolled in a university or college program (Business, Communications, Education, Digital Media, Technology, or related field)

· Curious about technology, content creation, and AI tools

· Comfortable working in PowerPoint and with technology; interest in video and digital tools is a strong plus

· Organized, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks

· Strong written communication skills in English (French is an asset)

· Interest in learning, capability building, and innovation
