Purpose of the role:
Define, implement and manage key accounts. Foster strong relationships with strategic customers to achieve sales targets, Out of Home channel growth and maximizing profitability.
Main Accountabilities:
- Create and implement customers’ strategic plans considering all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, profitability, trade terms,..etc.
- Conduct a regular business review with Key Accounts with constructive feedback for business growth.
- Manage distributors, sales operations team & customers to develop end-to-end business solutions for overall business and sales development addressing areas for improvement.
- Anticipates and addresses competitor activities in the marketplace to set counter action plans.
- Manage with excellence budgets for Key Account activity, control the budget execution according to plan, including monthly accruals along with following up on customers’ payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Manage, coach, and develop reports in line with the channel needs to ensure team sustainable high performance.
- Lead on Out of Home tracking tools execution, data sharing analysis and recommend action plan to elevate performance to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales. And at least 2 years of experience in the Out of Home channel.
- Bachelor’s degree of business administration or relevant degree.
