Purpose of the Role:
To lead and execute Bel Foodservice/Out-of-Home (OOH) strategy across the Near & Middle East region (NME), driving growth beyond retail by developing channel strategies, building key stakeholder relationships, and delivering effective marketing initiatives.
The role is accountable for achieving business targets and ensuring efficient budget management, in line with the overall Bel NME strategy.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute BEL NME’s Foodservice/OOH vision, strategic roadmap, and brand strategies across the Near & Middle East region.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the Foodservice channel, including chefs, restaurants, catering companies, hotels, and other professional users.
- Create and implement annual Foodservice marketing plans in collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, and local teams.
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and business performance to recommend corrective actions and maximize growth.
- Optimize Foodservice P&L, focusing on investment efficiency and profitability.
- Lead market research and apply insights to shape actionable marketing strategies and activation plans.
- Develop professional campaigns and activation programs—including chef engagement, partnerships, events, and digital initiatives—to recruit and retain foodservice professionals.
- Manage partnerships with key stakeholders and ensure strong alignment with internal teams for flawless execution.
Qualifications and experience
- +8 years of experience in marketing, including a relevant Multinational FMCG
- Out of Home (OOH) experience is required.
- Trade Marketing or Sales experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant degree.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory; French is a plus.
