Role Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent while delivering strong candidate experience. This role also supports employer branding initiatives and contributes to enhancing company culture and employee engagement.
Main Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, conducting initial screening interviews in a timely and efficient manner to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract talents through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Deliver key hiring KPIs, including Time to Fill and Time to Hire, and report progress through visual dashboards.
- Maintain and continuously improve the candidate’s experience while ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and execute employer branding campaigns.
- Implement an annual employee engagement calendar aligned with HR and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms.
