LOCATION AND START DATE
Position based in Suresnes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor day-to-day operations for an international portfolio of companies: incorporation of new entities, approval of annual accounts, registered office transfers, appointments/changes of directors, etc.

Carry out exceptional operations: mergers, spin-offs, universal transfer of assets and liabilities (TUP), partial asset contributions, capital increases/reductions, equity transactions, dissolutions, liquidations, etc.

Contribute to the group’s digital transformation by deploying and managing an internal tool designed to connect with legal advisors and share information.

Maintain and update corporate registers.

Carry out and follow up on legal formalities for the companies.

Manage relationships with the Legal Department’s various service providers (formalities agents, translators, notaries, embassies, consulates, etc.).
PROFILE
-
Masters degree in Law required, combined with at least 5 years of work experience in similar positions

Experience from law firms mandatory, preferrable Big 4, specializing in corporate law within an international environment

Previous experience from supporting international corporations is considered strong asset

Previous experience of managing corporate governance topics for complex portfolio of subsidiaries

Strong command of corporate governance procedures.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proactive, rigorous, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Proficiency in English required
