YOUR MISSION

You will be:

• Responsible for ensuring timely production in their area, minimizing unnecessary costs, working in an environment of continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with quality specifications and production protocols;
• Responsible for mobilizing and motivating their team members and for working proactively in their area to achieve the goal of ZERO Accidents;
• Responsible for meeting production targets in accordance with agreed-upon budgets, ensuring compliance with certification systems and legal requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

You can apply if:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Biology, or a related field;
• 5 years of professional experience in industry and management (preferably in the dairy industry);
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (French preferred);
• Experience in team management;
• Assertive communication and feedback skills;
• Analytical, assertive, logical, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
