As part of our ambitious transformation journey, data is a strategic asset to drive performance, innovation, and better decision-making across the Group. The Data & Analytics Team plays a central role in enabling this transformation by delivering trusted, accessible, and high-value data.
As Head of Data Governance, you will lead the definition and deployment of Bel’s data governance framework at global scale.
You will ensure that data across the organization is trusted, well-managed, and accessible, while driving the adoption of data practices through a strong Data Citizenship program.
You will be a key member of the Data Leadership Team and a critical enabler of Bel’s data-driven transformation.
Define and Lead Data Governance Strategy

Define and maintain group-wide data governance policies, standards, and processes

Ensure consistent implementation across all business domains and regions

Lead governance committee (data councils, design authority, governance committees)
Lead the Data Citizenship Program

Deliver Bel’s data culture and literacy strategy

Deploy large-scale data acculturation programs (training, workshops, communities, e-learning)

Foster a strong data-driven mindset across all functions
-
Animate and structure the network of data roles (Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Citizens)
Ensure Data Accessibility & Availability

Define the framework for data accessibility and self-service

Ensure data is discoverable, understandable, and usable across the organization

Drive deployment of data catalog (DataGalaxy), documentation, and data products visibility

Define standards for data availability and usage
Drive Data Quality Excellence

Define and deploy data quality frameworks, including KPIs, rules, and monitoring processes

Ensure continuous improvement of data quality across critical datasets

Implement mechanisms to detect, prevent, and resolve data issues
-
Align data quality initiatives with business priorities
Lead Master Data Management (MDM)

Ensure transformation of our MDM organisation

Define and drive the enterprise MDM strategy and policies

Ensure the implementation of a robust single source of truth for key business data

Support and coordinate domain MDM initiatives

Ensure consistency, standardization, and governance of master data
Lead & Develop the Governance Team

Your profile
Experience
-
15+ years of experience in Data, including Data Governance, Data Management
-
Proven track record in deploying data governance at scale in international environments
-
Experience in FMCG or complex multi-business organizations
