MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Industrial Operations Finance team, a department of more than 35 members responsible for the financial monitoring of the Group's industrial operations, including factories, procurement, CapEx, and supply chain activities.

Reporting directly to the Group Operations FP&A Manager, you will be involved in the following tasks:

• Governance of INOP Planning processes (closing and performance reviews).
• Review and regularly update FP&A processes and procedures, particularly those related to monthly closing activities and internship assignments.
• Participate in monthly closing activities, including consolidating plant data and analyzing industrial variances such as raw material and packaging price variances, labor costs, energy costs, and other variable and fixed costs.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly performance presentations.
• Monitor industrial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), including volumes, labor rates, machine performance, and other operational metrics.
• Support budget preparation and forecast/estimate cycles.
• Perform analyses in response to specific requests and ad hoc studies (benchmarking, business cases, etc.).
• Contribute to and support automation and process simplification projects (Where needed)

YOUR PROFILE

You can apply if:

• You are a gap-year or final-year student in a business school or university with a specialization in Finance.
• You have gained initial experience in Management Control, Financial Controlling, or FP&A.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You are eligible for an internship agreement (convention de stage).
