LOCATION & START DATE

  • Permanent contract (CDI) starting from November 2026
  • Location: Suresnes, Bel Group Headquarters

YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Marketing Director and under the responsibility of the Group Brand Director, the Senior Brand Manager Babybel & Kiri will be responsible for the following:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Build a robust business and market diagnosis to identify key challenges and growth opportunities across the brands (combined turnover of €165M).
  • Analyze consumer and shopper behaviors, identify knowledge gaps, and derive actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, assess their implications, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Analyze the financial health of the business and identify improvement levers across the entire P&L.
  • Define the short- and mid-term strategy for the brands/businesses in close collaboration with global teams.

2. Portfolio Management & Revenue Growth Management (RGM)

  • Manage the product portfolio of the assigned brands.
  • Contribute to pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Strategic Planning team.
  • Own the RGM strategy, including pricing, promotions, portfolio architecture, and productivity initiatives, while ensuring alignment with commercial and global teams.
  • Define innovation and renovation strategies (growth drivers, roadmap, and guidelines) for the brands.
  • Lead recommendations with Global teams responsible for development and take full ownership of market launches, including the selection and execution of plans required to ensure their success.

3. P&L Management

  • Define and manage the marketing budget required to support the strategy while ensuring brand profitability.
  • Establish annual objectives (budget targets) for the brands and define action plans to achieve them across the full P&L.

4. Media & Activation

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing plans with relevant content and touchpoints targeting priority audiences.
  • Coordinate media and creative agencies (including packaging, shopper marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and PR) to ensure high-quality briefs and impactful activations.

5. People Management

  • Lead a team of 5 people (3 Brand Managers and 2 interns).
  • Ensure strong team performance and continuous development.
  • Demonstrate outstanding leadership behaviors within the team and across cross-functional stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's degree (or equivalent professional experience) with at least 7 years of marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG industry, and a solid first experience in people management.
  • Experience in a matrix and/or international environment is a strong asset, along with the influencing skills required to operate successfully in a local market within a global organization.
  • Strong expertise in retailer and consumer panel data, ad hoc consumer research, and the ability to effectively lead creative development processes with agencies.
  • Results-oriented, collaborative, and highly engaged, with a passion for identifying growth opportunities and optimizing business performance.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with genuine commitment to team performance, engagement, and development. You know how to balance high standards with care and support.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, agile approach, and comfortable navigating change. You challenge the status quo and proactively propose new ways of working.
  • Interest in sustainability and CSR topics, with a personal connection to Bel's mission: "For All. For Good."
  • Fluent French and English are required.
